Website role
This website is informational and marketing material only. No contract, order or payment obligation is formed through the website alone.
WhatsApp acceptance
An order proceeds only after manual review and explicit customer acceptance through WhatsApp, such as “YES” or “I AGREE”.
Nature of services
SocialRaja provides social media promotion, visibility and social proof packages for public profiles. Services may include profile visibility, exposure, social proof metrics or promotional support as discussed on WhatsApp.
Platform risk
Use of third-party visibility services may be inconsistent with the terms or policies of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Meta, Google or other platforms. Platform enforcement, audits, restrictions, removals or bans are outside SocialRaja control.
Customer obligations
- You are at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.
- You own or are authorised to promote the profile.
- The profile must remain public during delivery.
- You will not use the service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent or misleading activity.
No guarantees
- No sales, revenue, leads or profit guarantee.
- No organic reach, algorithm boost or verification guarantee.
- No monetisation approval guarantee.
- No permanent retention guarantee.
Delivery, refusal and cancellation
Delivery timelines are estimates. SocialRaja may refuse, cancel, pause or modify any enquiry/order for risk, technical, policy, availability or compliance reasons. If SocialRaja cannot fulfil a paid order before delivery starts, refund handling follows the Refund Policy.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Fraudulent chargebacks, reversed payments or payment disputes after service delivery may result in service refusal, recovery action and suspension from future service.
Force majeure
SocialRaja is not liable for delay or non-performance caused by platform changes, API restrictions, third-party provider failure, internet outage, banking issue, government action, natural disaster or other events outside reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SocialRaja’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. SocialRaja is not liable for indirect, consequential, reputational, business or platform-related losses.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes are subject to competent courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India after good-faith resolution attempts through WhatsApp.
