Refund & Refill Policy
Digital visibility services begin after payment confirmation and manual acceptance. Refunds are limited.
Refund may apply
- Paid order not started within the stated review window.
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- SocialRaja cancels before delivery starts.
- Major under-delivery where no refill or correction is possible.
No refund for
- Change of mind after delivery starts.
- Platform removal, restriction or audit.
- Count fluctuation after delivery.
- Sales, monetisation or reach expectations.
- Wrong/private/restricted profile provided by customer.
Refill protection
Eligible packages may include one-time refill protection within 30 days if the delivered count drops below the stated threshold agreed on WhatsApp. Refill eligibility, threshold and exclusions must be documented in WhatsApp before payment.
Refund process
Contact WhatsApp with order date, payment proof, profile URL and issue details. Approved refunds are returned to the original or mutually agreed payment method within the estimated timeline shared during review.
